System should register the asset as dead. The player who has not refreshed their screen can still hit attack but it should come up and say: too bad. Someone blew your face off before you could attack.

Perhaps a relative thing, is something Serenity had figured out when she was gathering- if you have your ship between two planets, dock on the one planet and gather, then do the back button to the dock screen with the other planet name, you can then dock on that planet |

The gathering one could be serious when it comes to attacking. Can you attack two side by side planets? With the same assault that dies?

I always used the side-by-side planet gathering via the back button without thinking about it. I guess I never actually checked to see whether it was using the proper uranium.
