You may restart anytime you want. You may not, however, have multiple accounts under different email addresses, at the same time. If you restart with a different email address for some reason, let me know what account you used to have so I can delete the account for you if you can do not do it yourself for some reason.

Do not open up multiple accounts at the same time to try to gain an advantage over players who have only one account.
