Well, I told him I would not punish him for doing this. I have made my point. He is being watched. But, I also may have already embarassed him more than appropriate given the situation in which Filas had asked him to do this to see what would happen. He had to wait seven days to go after these planets until immunity ended, and others could have been waiting or found them in the meantime, so his "fruits" of past "sins" are at least somewhat diminished.

Incorrect, I before have had 10 planets in the Newbie Arena, often if you scan nearby quickly you pick up new planets that you don't see after due to server lag.

And I know for a fact when Duo Maxwell left newbie he had 12 planets.
