Hmmm This sounds like something for my mother. But she has passed away. God bless her soul... I used to make bread all the time with my mother but that was when i was very young and that knowledge has passed away too. im sorry that i cant be of more help. Yet i have never heard of glutin-free bread, it does not sound very good.
