The most turrets you can possibly have on a planet is 167, so it could never be at level 200. That would be impossible. However, one factor you ARE missing is the turrets can be replaced after being destroyed. Each day, a few are destroyed, and there is plenty of time to rebuild them in less than an hour per day of construction to keep the planet in top shape. Of course, to rebuild means that resources have to be temporarily diverted to this planet, and I can then only build to 150 turrets maximum, as I can't put more than 15M of T or E on the planet when moving it in from other planets via the market. So, you know that there are never more than 150 turrets now, as I don't have a defense larger than 150M ever anymore there, and enough have been destroyed such that I have had to rebuild them.

prof...you have to do something about turrets...like say 20min to activate when anotehr one is destroyed...:p
