20k for 15 million res

No clue what formula is now

2% interest up to 1 million in any resource (20k, as Hope said). Nothing thereafter, so 0% interest on any resources in excess of 1 million of anything stored on any planet.

However, you can earn 20k interest on each resource on each planet if you have at least 1 million of each resource on your planets.

Thats what it should be.

i cecked it. Sometimes this is correct.

Sometimes not.

I can vary a lot between 0% and 2% and thats for res less than 1 mln.
