Please do not try to cheat. Short term, I will issue credits for whatever you claim to have spent, as it takes too long to verify that you spent them and I don't want players who are honest to lose planets due to time required to verify honesty. So, I will assume everyone is honest. And, I hope that my assumption, in this case, is correct.

However, afterward, I will verify what was spent from credit transactions log files, and if there are significant differences in what was claimed versus what was spent, I will take actions to more than offset any clear attempts at cheating. Minor mistakes are no big deal, but major efforts to claim upgrades that were never purchased will result in large fines for fraud afterward.
