would I get spyware from these..."third party" sites if I vote?

I had 150 tracking cookies on my computer yesterday...not pretty.

I have never had a problem, but I never click on anything else after voting.

cookies don't exactly mean spyware either.

cookie != spyware

I'm not saying that a cookie can't be used in malicious ways, but the majority of cookies you get are legitimate and only make your surfing experince better.

If you're worried about security, adjust your IE security settings so that the internet zone is more secure, and get a firewall, a hardware firewall, not the software kind.

sorry. I tried saying it nice the first time, but felt that since voting gets the game noticed on these sites, and we get new players from these sites, then it's stupid to let some miss-information scare people away from voting.

i tried to help with my "um no" but i dont get technical u knwo this and i vote almost eveyr day and havnt had a single problem ...maybe hes going to pr0n sites and getting spyware? j/k
