Oh, that's brilliant! Lol! We're not allowed to do that. We are only allowed to do semi-contact, though it usually gets a little bit out of hand. Like in the Norwegian Championship sparring final last year; I got my ass seriously kicked. The people who watched the match said I actually spun in the air after she landed a roundhouse in the side of my head

, then one-step sparring, then self-defense techniques, then sparring, and at the end the examinator ask you a ton of questions about the stuff you're supposed to have learned. I got asked about the history of Hwa-Rang (one of my forms) and what a palkup yopdwi tulgi is. He went easy on me.
