I also would prefer if one level of buildings would give 1 point - that's better than reduce amount of levels.

if you would not need to build or train, the HW would not be very safe. I doubt there would be many players who would afford to have more than one or two HWs with such amount of turrets :)

but unless the ability to spy on the number of turrets is introduced at the same time it would be necessary to bring over 2000 fighters (training seems too expensive to me, especially at these numbers) to each HW attack.

looks to me like the balance would stay shifted towards defence, where players would choose to build turrets for defence instead of fighters to attack.

True.. And some players do have that kind of res.... Parsonally I don't see what is so bad about what we have now... If we increased the reward for attacking than more people would attack....:shrug:

idk if anyone else has mentioned it yet.. to much writing :P ... but if u increase the power of assaults it will just level out the differences... wat i mean is... if u make an assault twice as powerful then that just means that the attack wont have to use as many assaults.. makin their training for an attack alot less expensive.. leaving more troops for a hw they have... so as they will b able to take out someone elses hw they will still have twice as many troops left over...

I agree with Filas and Interiority on 1 pp per building level, which was my original thoughts when buildings were first introduced, because I envisioned being where I am currently with buildings.

I think the interest change could have merit also given the propensity of 1M per non-def HWs that I have seen and partially hold.

To state the problem, it is people being able to gather 50M+ Troops per month with only 25 planets; when a new player who upgrades to 50 planets (which are mostly 10x) will only be gathering around 20M, hardly seems equitable.

I also agree with Bert that making attacking more rewarding might aid in getting people to attack, though I'm sure there will come a time when certain people will figure they have built their empire sufficiently to start some heavy warfare.

Yeah, I'm wondering if you are cranking out some serious troops with those 8x shield HWs, maybe I'll be lucky and they'll still be that way when I get time to attack again, or maybe all mine will be conquered by you and Rukna's mass forces, since I'm sure I've bugged both of you plenty for some good payback.

Awww I have no want to attack. I mainly hang out to spend time with the clan and BS... I have the largest Bank fleet in the game and bank for guys in most of the clans by now on top of my newbie banking... The only player I want to take 1 hw from is SF and that's just becasue he killed me so many times ;) Even when I max out If I have excesses it will go to the new guys to build up and attack with. Keep the blood in the game keep the game fresh :] I don't mind playing but I like building and I like helping my clan :D

Just Kinda sad becasue my old clan is so spread out :(

1. remove interest on defensive resources
2. Get the top 15, 20 or 25 credits award

I agree with Arcanix. I'd lose significant income but removing interest for deffensive resources at all was what i always suggested myself.

I'm impresed how players who are active and do not hestitate to buy their advantage when their opponents don't are discussing about equal chances.

I don't really see a great problem now except the interest mentioned which duplicates the mission of buildings.

Haven't i deserved to get more income than a new player? I started with nothing when interest started. I showed a great patience to avoid spending resources which is really hard for an attacking player. I risked a lot to develope my income. I lost 6 homeworlds. I hired (and still hiring) builders paying them quite huge sums waiting for future returns. I probably lost one homeworld to a cheating builder. Many players had better chances to develope greater income, i believe few only did. And now you wish to blow all my efforts? Well i won't let it.
