It's called he has been really busy. check his profile. The pirated and traded res would help with that, and the amount of planets he's captured. Plus he could have used some credits. |

actually it doesnt say that. it says all lithuanian money will be refunded, so technically you could buy credits but it would send your money back. it doesnt say that the credits would be taken back either. my theory in why lithuanians have such an upper hand in this game, since the creator is a lithuanian he may have given his country'men i should say that small advantage, virtually limitless credits...
