The players that turned up to the Skylords Council meeting decided that:

Each clan that is a month old and has at least 3 members has 2 votes on the council whether that be 1 person representing the clan who holds 2 votes at a meeting or 2 people with 1 vote each.
Have to have someone at the meeting actively participating to count.
