I would like to inquire as to whether or not the accounts were interacting together, if you have proof of that. Oftentimes new players make an account, screw up, and then not know that having more than one account is illegal, and make another and get it right and start to play. Yes, technically, it's against the rules; but if they were not interacting, you could suspend the other accounts and leave the active one. The multi rule isn't supposed to keep players from playing, especially if they're promising; it's supposed to prevent profit by cheating, which if he wasn't profiting, I would argue that this ban was unjustified.

Samogits second account was active and had 10 planets which were gathering for him.
He had also started to probe using that account.
He is a old player from the game Fatelords and knows about multis, he was obviously breaking the rules and profiting from it and would of continued to do so if something wasnt done about it.
