You can only place 16.7 Mil E or T on a planet but it'll continue to grow to the same max as every other res.

I know that has happened in the past, but growing resources should stop at 16.7M on the planet no matter how that 16.7M got on the planet.

there is a trick/bug to make it go past 16.7 but im not gonna talk about it cause then everyone would exploit it i dont use it cause theres no point
