lol, thats because most americans are stupid, out of my 300 person 2004 class, you would have been hard pressed to find 30 smart people, i know 29, i havent found a 30th yet

get this.......a woman went and ate at mcdonalds. She ate there almost everyday.When she got really fat (like 300 pounds) she decided to sue mcdonalds for making her fat.(yeah they forced her to go there and give them her money so she could get some food.) Well the judge threw out the case (wow at least there is some smart people around here)

There was another woman who went into McDonalds and bought a coffee... ignoring the large letters that said "Caution: HOT" she decided to pick it up and, shocked at how hot it was, dropped it into here lap. She got minor burns because of this and sued McDonalds for the damages, and, amazingly, won... Now McDonalds coffee cups have "CAUTION: EXTREMELY HOT".... personally, I think neither of these warnings were needed... since when was coffee made ice cold?
