Hi...
what are the good strategies in use for probing? I have no planets shown in any of my nearby planet buttons, except one which has far more defence than I can capture.

thus i need to probe... but I just wasted 8 probes with no results... has anyone used a strategy that has been frequently successful?

proving is mosly luck, ive sent outprobes found nothing, sometimes ive found 8 planets 1 probe

Yup... its all by luck!

Last round... 1 probe and found over 6 planets...
This round... 10 probes and found 1 planet only!

A probe can detect maximum 175 plannets surrounding u. If u have any plannet nearer than your near by plannet then it will find your probe ship and send it's co-ord to your board computer.
If u have no co-ords in your board computer then you dont have any plannet surrounding your 175 cube area.Then u launch your probe ship one co-ord to another and try to find co-ords. For short distance you should use urenium as fuel and......if you r going to travel a long distance u can use hydrozen. So you don't need to make your ship more than 500 capacity.
