A few Mod positions restored. Hope and CD over French and Spanish forums. A few other appointments made and changes made, including giving Filas a mod position. He did not ask for it, and can complain and refuse to do it, but I think he would be a good and fair moderator.

LOL. Professor fancy telling me that I became a Russians forum moderator? I've just been told about it. By the way, I can speak just a very little Russian and I can't write at all. I only have some skills in Lithuanian, English and German...and I can say „thanks“ in 16 languages so far But please replace me from Russians forum moderators list with someone else who would even be able to do it (I think any Lithuanian above 25 years old ).

For the love of god and we de-sticky and de-announce some topics! It's just getting plain annoying!

Instead how about a single topic called "Announcements of Changes" or something similar and another for "Upcoming Changes"?
