He was using extremely foul language in his clan forums. One of his clan members was offended and requested that it be stopped. Neggy got worse and told me he could swear all he wanted in his own clan forum. I disagreed. He claimed that he had the right to swear all he wanted to within his clan forum, and he would hunt and kill anyone who didn't like it. He was wrong, and he is now suspended. Unfortunate, but important to me to have rules enforced.

Swearing is not permitted in this game, including within foriegn language forums and within clan forums. Players who violate this rule and fail to correct their behavior will have their account suspended.

No. He is suspended. Not IP ban, yet. He can restart, if he wants to do so, but he can not stay in the game unless he learns to control his language.

In the general forum yes... but in clan forum? Here must to be inside matter.. Clanmates should take solution how to set a question at rest ... but not you, sorry...
