ok well I had started building lvl 2 shield on hw last night, and i just checked on it and it hadn't changed, but when i looked at the manage buildings screen it said x23 (unlike it had ont he planets screen which had x21 and also it still had the same def from yesterday) then when i went to the planets screen again it said x23 is that some sort of bug or what? never has happened before so just curious...

I'm not certain if it's still the case but it used to be that you start a building off but when finished that particular building wouldn't come online until the next time you clicked on the manage buildings button.

Never really saw it as a major problem Iiri. It's just like building something and then remembering to switch it on after it's complete
