Is it just me or is the warp leading to planets less frquently that the earlier 33%?

Anyone else notice this?

i havent been very active... but when i was and doing ti with warp it seemed some parts of the day id get it every time and others never... so idk

hex yea i noticed, i was on for 3 hours warping alone and only got 1 green and 1 players coords

a 1/3 chance (33.333...%) doesnt mean that for every 3 times you go through the warp, you will find something, it means that the first time you go though, you have a 1/3 chance, the second time, you have a 1/3 chance, the third time, you have a 1/3 chance

if a woman has 1 mil babies, and they are all boys, what is the probability that her next baby will be a boy?

most people would say it is extremely unlikely she would get another boy, but that's wrong, she still has a 50% chance

If there is a 33.3r% chance, then it means out of 100 tries you should have 33 finds. If not then it is not 33% chance k?

A 1/3 chance means that in the long run, you should eventually even out at about 1/3 of your trials being successes

Every attempt you make has a 1/3 chance, just because youve failed 50 times doesnt mean the probability of you succeeding on the next try increases

33% chance with Warp means that every time warp moves, there is a 33% chance it will direct you to a planet.

This does not mean that in every 100 moves it should take you to 33 planets. Indeed, it could be that you do not find anything in 100 moves.

It is similar to deepspace, 20% chance of losing ship. This does not mean that you should lose 1 in 5 ships. But that each time you use deepspace you have a 1/5 or 0.2 chance of the ship being lost.

To explain this?

Warp movements are a singular event, not a batched or group happening. If it was group probability, then yes, 33 times out of 100 you should be directed to a planet, but it is not, the probability event is a singular happening, so probability is only for that event.
