thats 20 assaults so enough for a 30m hw max.. so if u are on his badlist and have a hw around 30m be on the lookout

ah, but you're assuming that that's all the ships he's using. If he has trained all ships at one planet on the wrong side of the universe, sure that works. But if all his assaults are randomly distributed, half will be on the wrong side, the other half will be on the right side - so we'd only see half the assaults going through the bz. Which means that he could be attacking a HW of up to (or even above) 60mil.
