When you purchase credits or trade credits. Some people buy credits, so they recieve it. Or sometimes Clan Leaders get the stars because their clan won the round - and they distribute the credits.

Lol geez is Babylon 5 that old? I never watched it but I remember it...was cutting edge at its time for CGI effects as I recall. |
