I will say what I have said since we started making changes. The answer now that we have the newbie arena is to compress the universe back to the original 6k planet spawning limit we had, moving all planets back within this range. Afterall, the range was extended so that n00bs could come in at around 12k level.

Well, I do think we should take some action, but ban is excessive for this action.

However, I am seriously considering taking some corrective action.

I am open to alternative suggestions short of banning them. The publishing of HW coords was sort of a joke, but it might be a reasonable deterrant to such behavior, as it would enable those who are most annoyed to extract a price for their actions in terms of retribution directly upon them where it is likely to hurt.

Of course, if abuse is repeated and continued, over several days in a row or over a long period of time, after warnings, then a ban might be appropriate.
