My idea? Well its based on this simple economic principle called scarcity. Now we can have periods of great shortage and periods of surplus or we can have a simple maintained ratio, but no matter what scarcity is gonna be there. Everyone cant have everything they want. If planets are scarce the games no fun cause there is no production no conquest and no new players. If planets are to abundant then there is no confrontation. Neither way is fun. So we have a compromise here. Tell me whats wrong with that.
